Client will receive all instructions on how to send their hair sample into the lab and receive results 2-3 weeks after submitting their sample. Client will receive HTMA lab results as well as my written analysis. No supplement recommendations will be given.

I use TEI Labs for my tests as they do not wash the hair samples when they receive them. The hair-washing procedure that some labs use can actually skew results for certain minerals like zinc, potassium, and sodium.

If for some reason you change your mind after you order the HTMA package, you have 60 days to request a refund. This is only valid if you have not sent in your sample to the lab yet. Please use within 6 months of purchase. Tests will become void after 1 (one) full year if not used.
